Bonnuit – Une belle histoire à dormir debout (ou presque). L’aventure Bonnuit, c’est d’abord l’amitié entre Félix et Cédric, née sur les bancs de l’école dans les années 90. Déjà, ils rêvaient d’un projet commun. En 1998, l’usine MT Sommeil fabrique ses premiers matelas, destinés aux distributeurs. En 2019, les deux amis saisissent l’occasion de reprendre cette entreprise familiale au départ à la retraite de ses fondateurs, pour préserver un savoir-faire local et artisanal. En pleine crise sanitaire, ils lancent Bonnuit, marque pensée pour les particuliers, en vente directe. En 2022, l’atelier déménage à Bondues avec un magasin d’usine ouvert au public : test des produits, visite des installations, découverte de la fabrication. Le succès amène trois nouvelles boutiques, dont la plus récente à Socx, près de Bergues. Bonnuit – A lovely bedtime story (well, almost). The Bonnuit adventure begins above all with the friendship between Félix and Cédric, born on the school benches back in the 90s. Even then, they dreamed of building a project together. In 1998, the MT Sommeil factory produced its first mattresses, sold to distributors. In 2019, the two friends seized the chance to take over this family business when its founders retired, determined to preserve local, artisanal craftsmanship. In the midst of the health crisis, they launched Bonnuit, a brand designed for individuals, sold directly to customers. In 2022, the workshop moved to Bondues, opening a factory store to the public: try the products, tour the facilities, and discover how they’re made. The concept proved so popular that three new shops followed, the most recent in Socx, near Bergues. Bonnuit – een mooi verhaal om bij weg te dromen (of bijna). Het avontuur van Bonnuit begint met de vriendschap tussen Félix en Cédric, ontstaan op de schoolbanken in de jaren 90. Toen al droomden ze van een gezamenlijk project. In 1998 produceerde de fabriek MT Sommeil haar eerste matrassen, bestemd voor de groothandel. In 2019 grepen de twee vrienden de kans om dit familiebedrijf over te nemen toen de oprichters met pensioen gingen — om zo een lokale, ambachtelijke knowhow te bewaren. Midden in de coronacrisis lanceerden ze Bonnuit, een merk voor particulieren, in rechtstreekse verkoop. In 2022 verhuisde het atelier naar Bondues, met een fabriekswinkel die open is voor het publiek: producten testen, de werkplaats bezoeken, het maakproces ontdekken. Het succes leidde tot drie nieuwe winkels, waarvan de meest recente in Socx, vlak bij Bergues. Haidy verwelkomt u er met haar legendarische glimlach en neemt de tijd om te luisteren en samen met u het ideale product te vinden. Vandaag wordt elk Bonnuit-matras met trots met de hand gemaakt, op bestelling, vlak bij u in de buurt: lokale, duurzame productie en nachten die écht herstellen.

En 1998, la fábrica MT Sommeil fabricó sus primeros colchones, destinados a los distribuidores. En 2019, los dos amigos aprovecharon la oportunidad para hacerse cargo de esta empresa familiar cuando sus fundadores se jubilaron, para preservar el saber hacer local y artesanal. En plena crisis sanitaria, lanzan para venta directa Bonnuit, una marca pensada para particulares.

En 2022, el taller se traslada a Bondues con una tienda-fábrica abierta al público: pruebas de productos, visita de las instalaciones, descubrimiento de la fabricación. El éxito trae consigo tres nuevas tiendas, la más reciente de las cuales está en Socx, cerca de Bergues. L’avventura di Bonnuit è innanzitutto l’amicizia tra Félix e Cédric, nata sui banchi di scuola negli anni '90. Stavano già sognando un progetto comune.

Nel 1998, la fabbrica MT Sommeil produce i suoi primi materassi, destinati ai distributori. Nel 2019, i due amici hanno colto l’occasione di rilevare l’azienda di famiglia quando i suoi fondatori sono andati in pensione, per preservare il know-how locale e artigianale. Nel pieno della crisi sanitaria, lanciano Bonnuit, un marchio pensato per i privati, in vendita diretta.
